Leon Neon $20.65 $17.95

The "Leon Neon" stippler is made of a synthetic neon green nylon that will not scratch painted surfaces as it stipples and manipulates glazes and texture materials. It is excellent for pouncing and manipulating glazes and textures on large surfaces. Easy to grasp and simple to wash out. Performs like the expensive natural bristle stipplers costing hundreds of dollars! Another "must have" for that busy faux finisher! This is the original "Leon Neon" designed by Decorative Artist Martin Alan Hirsch for faux painting and talked about throughout the faux finishing world!!!

A little history on the brush.....

About fifteen ago, Martin Alan Hirsch of The Faux Finish School had a company send him nylon bristles that could replace the standard horsehair bristles in brushes used for texturing ceilings. He had over 15 different bristles..some white, some pink, some blue and one in particular.."neon green". He picked the neon green bristle, the amount of bristles, as well as the length of nap that would be best suited for faux painting...Today this brush is a common tool found in faux painter's brush boxes throughout the world! We are proud to of designed and marketed this brush.... Don't be fooled by the imitations of this brush! This is the original Leon Neon round stippler and at the best price!

From a customer: "I bought the "knock-off" green stippler in San Antonio, Texas, and then bought the original from The Faux Marketplace.. They have nothing in common other than color. The "knock-off" brush looses bristles and mashes down to a circular pattern when used in texture finishes. Thank you for the quality of the original Leon Neon Stippler!"
